- Nobody gets your details yet. Your request stays with us and is not passed to any company.
- One email when someone can help. When a provider covering your area can take it on, we email you once and ask whether you want that company, by name, to contact you.
- Deleted after 90 days. If nobody can take it on, or you do not say yes, your contact details are deleted 90 days after your request.
- You decide, or you do not. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay us.

Stay off the roof. Photograph from the ground, from inside, and from every angle, dated, before anything is touched or covered.
Stop the water
A tarp is the right first job. Keep the receipt. It is not a repair and should not be priced as one.
Get an assessment before anything else
Have the damage looked at properly before deciding anything. Its real scale decides what happens next, and a careful inspection is the only way to know it.
Do not sign on the doorstep
After a storm, crews arrive from out of the area. Some are excellent. Read whatever paperwork they hand over slowly and not on the porch; most home improvement contracts in California can be cancelled within three business days.
